AKOTEC unterstützt die Beschäftigung von hochqualifizierten Nachwuchskräften zur Sicherung eines Wissenstransfers für betriebliche Innovationen und Wachstum. Dafür beschäftigt AKOTEC eine Innovationsassistentin. Die Maßnahme wird durch das Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Arbeit und Energie aus Mitteln des Europäischen Sozialfonds und des Landes Brandenburg gefördert.

AKOTEC supports the employment of highly qualified junior staff to ensure the transfer of knowledge for operational innovations and growth. For this, AKOTEC employs an innovation assistant. Supported by the Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labour and Energy (MWAE) from funds of the European Social Fund (ESF) an the Federal State of Brandenburg.
